Revir is an open-air retail store with both shop and online store. They offer clothing and equipment in the open air, as well as offers a variety of events and culture. Revir wanted to reach potential customers through digital marketing. They had limited experience in digital marketing to achieve sales, and so we had the pleasure of assisting them with that.

Solution

We conducted a workshop to discover how Revir could increase sales volume and still retain its good concept.


We analyzed several channels and then tailored a marketing plan with the goal of increasing online sales, and focused on SEARCH and Shopping in the first place, where we first ran a 3 month test to check the response. The results from the test period were so good that the customer wanted to continue with these channels as they saw increased sales volume and higher profitability each month during a challenging time for the retail industry. Since we started the collaboration, sales have increased by 17% in the online store, compared to the previous year!
